Intern - Process Engineer

Kubota’s Technology Office is seeking a Process Engineer Intern that will assist in the research, analysis, evaluation, and development of engineering processes for new technology development in Kubota North America.

This position will provide exposure to technology development across Kubota North America including development of off-road vehicles and implements. In this role, you will work on evaluating several processes related to the development of technology.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiency studies of existing development processes,
• Collaborating with stakeholders to provide recommendations to development processes,
• Evaluate tools for efficiently implementing process improvements,
• Write process documentation for new processes,
• Support the training and rollout of these processes.

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, seeking a baccalaureate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent major.  

Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users, both verbally and in writing.
