Project Management Intern

The Co-x3 Family Foundation is proud to be a 501(c)3 charitable organization. This internship is unpaid and completely remote. We are open to international candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of foundation projects, ensuring they align with our goals and mission.
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks, setting timelines and milestones to ensure efficient progress and completion.
  • Track and report on the status of projects, identifying any delays or issues and suggesting solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Work closely with team members across different departments to coordinate efforts and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background or work experience in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A foundational understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver, capable of working independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Aligned with the values and mission of the Co-x3 Family Foundation, with a genuine interest in contributing to social good.
