About our Internship Program:
The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

- A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
DTCC’s Strategy, Innovation and Technology Team acts as a strategic thought leader for the CFO Organization, driving priorities, developing self-service reporting, automating processes, building analytics capabilities, and improving the organization’s delivery of services to its stakeholders.
The SIT Analytics Intern is a member of the Innovation Team, which partners with the wider CFO organization to use analytical capabilities and business intelligence tools to provide insight, improve decision making and improve key processes. This role will support project delivery for CFO end users. The business intelligence intern helps create a culture of data-driven decisions so that stakeholders across the organization can ask better questions and find better answers.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with business stakeholders and end users to identify and understand current state business processes, procedures, and challenges
- Design and implement analytics solutions
- Use business intelligence tools for advanced reporting, dashboards, and additional ad hoc analysis to deliver efficiencies across the broader CFO Organization

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Technology, Business Intelligence, Finance, or any other related field
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- A passion for business analytics and financial analysis
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
