RPG Developer/Programmer

Duncan Aviation is looking for an experienced RPG developer to support our business applications. Specifically, we are seeking someone that is proficient in ILE RPG, SQL, and DB2 for IBM i (relational databases). Experience using IBM RAD (Rational Developer for i) as an IDE is also recommended.

As a RPG Programmer at Duncan Aviation, you will leverage various software technologies to build user-friendly applications for our internal team members and customers.  The skills to be successful in this role include:

· Experience with IBM RPG or similar server-side development language

· Proficient in SQL and IBM Db2

· Familiarity with IBM RAD (Rational Developer for i) as an IDE.

· A passion for learning technologies and knowing when to use them

· The ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions

· A desire to understand our customers’ needs and build intuitive applications
