Information Technology Refresh Intern (Paid Internship)

As a Cheesecake IT System Refresh Intern, you will play an integral part in supporting our Information Technology department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how an Information Technology department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments.

 

Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, you will work with a Service Desk team of 10, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Service Desk function for a $3.3 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,500 staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a major Systems Management tool.
  • Collaborate with various people from different departments.


Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
  • Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education.
  • Majoring in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Available to work from the support center at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Computer hardware including desktop PC, laptops, networking equipment, wireless access points, and printers.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
