Business Systems Administrator

About the Opportunity:
The business systems admin will be part of the IT business team and responsible for
maintaining critical business software. As well as working with business users to improve software functionality. 
 
Responsibilities:
  •  Analyze problems and implement solutions, including the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to solve problems
  • Identify and fix any underutilization of system and network resources
  •  Assist in the resolution of IT systems issues and problems in a timely manner and escalate when necessary to the appropriate teams
  • When necessary, assist the field with addressing support inquires via telephone
  • Manage daily tasks related to system applications activities and IT/Accounting support
  • Administer and manage user roles and proper access on financial systems
  • Create formal process documentation for Accounting and IT teams
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel to facilitate timely problem resolution while developing and maintaining a good working rapport.
  • Utilize expertise to streamline current processes and provide the necessary tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide support and incident management and communications for IT systems faults and service requests
