We're hiring for talented individuals to work as Software Engineers for our 2024 summer internship program. This position is responsible for helping to build the scalable and efficient software at Pattern to create the best ecommerce experience for brands. We are hiring individuals with experience programming (in languages like JavaScript, Ruby and Python), analytical thinking, and solving problems.

As a Software Engineer in this internship, you will join a team that delivers quality software applications and systems according to business needs. Your role will involve staying current with the latest technologies, troubleshooting and debugging software, and documenting code and specifications. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will actively participate in the creation of innovative solutions.

This is a full-time internship that will last roughly 12 weeks and work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, Utah.

What is the team like?

You will work with the other full-time Developers as well as be supervised by a Director of Software Engineering and the Chief Technology Officer. You will also be mentored by both individuals and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
