Technical Account Management Intern

What you'll do

The Technical Accounts Team interfaces with airline customers and internal teams to deliver world class in-flight connectivity and entertainment. This intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams to identify and implement efficiencies to processes and procedures along with development of automation and tools.

The day-to-day

  • Work with the accounts team to understand current work flows to identify areas of opportunity for gained efficiencies
  • Opportunities to work independently and creatively, while receiving feedback and guidance from the accounts teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and documentation
  • Run scheduled reports and provide ad-hoc reports, visualizations, and analysis

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
  • Excellent IP networking skills
  • Computing skills, working with data bases and third party applications such as JIRA and Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented and able to see patterns and exceptions in large data sets
  • Highly motivated individual with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship
