What prior interns say about our program:

-   “My time at Kinect Capital greatly expanded my exposure and knowledge into the greater business world and the fundamentals of consulting and entrepreneurship. The internship was a perfect transition from academia into the professional realm. The ability to learn from mentors and gain access to some of the top players in the venture capital space had a major impact on my career trajectory.”

-   “It gave me a hands on and much more holistic approach to business. I work at a startup now that went from series B to C funding.”

-   “It opened the door to network with a lot of local entrepreneurs and investors. It also provided a glimpse into the pitch process and the VC diligence process. All around it was a useful introduction to the VC world.”

-   “I’d say the internship was useful in that it exposed me to different career paths. School pretty much tells you that you can be an accountant or a stock analyst so meeting people who work in various industries and people who are starting unique companies was great exposure to options. I also think it helped me because case I met people who could mentor me or give me advice in the next steps of my career. That’s probably the most useful thing I got from it.”

-   “Interning as a liaison helped raise my confidence in the business world and develop my skulls in networking, company management, and industry knowledge.”

-   “It was instrumental during my interview at GS (my first job out of college), to give examples on challenges, leading examples, how I made an impact.”

-   “It helped me gain an early behind the scenes of how start-ups pitch and get started. I've worked quite a bit with startups because of it, including my FT job right now.”
