INROADS is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting undergraduate students from culturally, ethnically, and economically diverse backgrounds with their career development. We hire for a wide range of paid business and STEM internships across the United States and provide training, professional development opportunities, and mentorship along the way. INROADS is a completely free service for students.

Requirements:

  • Attend a regionally accredited college or university
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student with at least one summer remaining before graduating college
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (first semester freshmen are exempt from this requirement and should enter a GPA of 0.0 in their application)
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (must have work authorization at the time of applying)
  • Available for 8-12 consecutive weeks during the summer without interruption from other activities/plans
  • Fully committed to retaining internship once an offer is extended and accepted
