What You Will Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Complete assignments as assigned within the functional area of your internship.
• Work collaboratively or independently, depending on the assignment.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the team’s goals.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and account activity.

Toolbox for Success – Required Education and Experience:
• 25 completed college credit hours (48 plus college credit hours preferred) in which the major should be related to the functional area of the internship.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational and time management skills, and strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and individual tasks with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
