Project Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of AI product development, focusing on user research, feature prioritization, product roadmapping, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Learning Objectives:
- The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, aligning with EnhancedAI's mission and product offerings.
- Gain hands-on experience in conducting user research and translating insights into product requirements and features.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities in AI technology.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Develop skills in data analysis and interpretation to support product decisions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
- A passion for technology with an eagerness to learn more about artificial intelligence and its applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and productivity software.

Supervision:
The Product Management Intern will be an integral part of the product team and report directly to the CEO, who has extensive knowledge in the space and has experience working for top companies such as Amazon, Disney, EA, etc. Regular mentorship sessions will be provided to ensure valuable learning experiences are gained.

Employment Duration, Work Hours, Miscellaneous:
Compensation: $15 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours per week
Internship Date: ASAP. Start and end dates are flexible based on candidate's availability.
Housing: Interns will be responsible for their own housing and transportation arrangements.
