Procurement Intern - Summer 2025

Job Description

The Procurement Intern will be responsible for conducting end-to-end sourcing projects, acting as an internal consultant to assigned business units . During each project, the intern will be expected to collaborate with internal stakeholders, drafting key deliverables such as: Qualifying Questionnaires, RFP Documents, Negotiation Plans and Recommendation Decks. The intern will be responsible for completing robust bid analysis, conducting negotiations, and delivering wholistic recommendations to their stakeholders. The Strategic Sourcing Intern will also gain exposure to the contracting process as they will be responsible for drafting a formal agreement(s) with the awarded supplier(s) and overseeing the execution of that agreement.
