In their previous roles, the partners at AXOM have advised on more than 100 transactions worth more than $300Bn, including, Slack on its sale to Salesforce, LinkedIn on its sale to Microsoft, Qualtrics on its sale to SAP, Mailchimp on its sale to Intuit, AfterPay on its sale to Block, Dialog on its sale to Renesas, Inphi on its sale to Marvell, HomeAway and Orbitz on their respective sales to Expedia, Linear Technologies on its sale to Analog Devices, Magento on its sale to Adobe, Intuit on its acquisition of Credit Karma, and Google on its IPO, among others.

Analysts will benefit from having direct working relationships with the most senior bankers at the firm, and the analysts will get hands-on training in a multitude of live projects across industry verticals. 

Analysts will assist in the origination and execution of strategic advisory mandates, conduct analysis and synthesize financial and operational information on companies and sub-verticals within the technology industry, assist in building operating and financial models and perform valuation analysis. 

Qualifications

• Enrolled in top college with proven academic performance

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability

• Strong interest in finance, accounting, and corporate valuation 

• Strong interest in technology
