Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages).
    • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Prior work or academic experience in AI application or document automation.
    • (Optional) Design experience, though not mandatory.
  • Interest: A keen interest in artificial intelligence, food and nutrition science and its applications in academic publishing.

As part of the internship, you will:

  • Learning about various ways to visually change the appearance of text within a document, including options like font type, size, color, alignment, spacing, indentation, bold, italics, underlines, and more, which can be applied in different combinations depending on the desired style guide or formatting standard, like APA, MLA, Chicago or Vancouver style.
  • Gain knowledge about functional food science and its impact on health and nutrition.
  • Learn about the intersection of technology and science in advancing research and publications.
  • Develop transferable skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
