Growth & Innovation: Develop your skills across both analytics and engineering, growing into an indispensable member of the SponsorCX team.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a candidate with a passion for data and the drive to grow. While specific experience in every listed technology is not required, we value curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a desire to learn.

Key Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (by Summer 2024).

• Basic familiarity with tools like SQL, data visualization platforms, or cloud systems is a plus.

• Eager to learn technologies such as ThoughtSpot, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and AWS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid schedule or fully remote—your choice.

Professional Growth: Opportunity to develop a broad skillset across analytics and engineering.

Engaging Culture: A fun and dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance.

Long-Term Career Path: This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to grow into a key role within our company.
