Salary breakdown:
Throughout your employment with Kubrick, you can expect to receive rapid salary progression in line with your growing skills and experience:
- Training salary = $50,000*
- Bench (post-training, prior to first client engagement) = $50,000*
- 0-6 months = $58,000 - $66,000*
- 6-12 months = $62,000 - $73,000*
- 12-18 months = $69,000 - $77,000*
- 18-24 months = $73,000 - $82,000*
- Experienced Consultant =$85,000-$100,000+*
- Senior Consultant = $105-$130,000*
*Depending on your home location, you may be entitled to a salary uplift due to cost of living. Increases are also awarded in line with performance.
