SUMMER INTERNSHIP

During the internship, college students will:

● Work on an individual project with your direct team

● Work with other interns on a group project

● Interact with leadership in the company, including VPs

● Network across functions and teams

● Participate in social and team-building activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future 

● Graduation Dates: December 2025 - May 2027

● Personal knowledge and/or experience in project management, network infrastructure, and/or server infrastructure

JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Project Management intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful

execution of various technology projects. Your role will involve assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating IT initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to help streamline project workflows, track progress, and identify potential risks. Additionally, your role will involve data analysis, documentation, and communication to facilitate smooth project operations. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands- on experience in project management within the context of a leading comfort technology company while leveraging your passion for IT and problem-solving skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist senior project managers in developing project plans and schedules for IT

initiatives.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and

coordination throughout project lifecycles.

•  Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to

maintain project timelines.

•  Support data analysis and reporting efforts to provide insights into project performance

and resource allocation.

•  Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including

requirements, specifications, and progress reports.

•  Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project

efficiency and overall IT processes.
