POSITION TITLE: Chief Executive Officer
POSITION DUTIES: Oversee the company's business operations to ensure effective operational and financial procedures are in place; Develop and refine the company's strategic plan, setting clear objectives and milestones; Direct the development and execution of business development strategies to cultivate partnerships and optimize revenue growth; Analyze and monitor data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement or optimization; Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in operations and logistics; Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed operational changes; Lead the collaboration of cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on analysis; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of operational changes; Identify and prioritize key initiatives in alignment with the company's growth strategy; Evaluate the company's existing technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement; Prioritize and oversee the implementation of technology enhancements and upgrades; Establish relationships with creditors, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely payment of obligations; Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued growth; Set clear operational goals and objectives for the short and long term and develop strategic initiatives and action plans to achieve the defined goals; Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks; Continuously review and improve operational systems and processes to drive operational excellence; Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, the Board of Directors, investors, and strategic partners; Drive the customer service organization into a scalable resource and service plan for increased customer satisfaction and fastest response time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; plus two (2) years of experience required in the following:
● Profit and loss management
● Optimizing business operations
● Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
● Conceptualizing and defining operational problems
● Assessing the impact of changes in business operations
● Developing business methods and procedures
● Risk assessment and mitigation
● Preparing management reports
● Cross-functional team leadership
JOB LOCATION: 400 S 4th Street, Suite 500, Las Vegas NV 89101 (In-office attendance in Las Vegas, NV office required 1 day per week. Telecommuting permitted 4 days per week. Domestic travel required throughout the US up to 10 weeks per year (including but not limited to New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Rhode Island.)
