IT Technician Intern

The IT Technician supports computer hardware and software issues and resolves end user

concerns relating to technology.

Duties And Responsibilities –

· Assists with the configuration and repair of desktop/laptop computers, and setup and

deployment of new computers.

· Assists company employees with computing problems and questions on the phone and in

person by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, installing, and performing testing

activities on various computer er equipment, peripherals, data communication and

computer network systems.

· Update Hardware and Software inventory.

· Coordinate escalation of issues as needed.

· Preform Cyber security testing and coordinate with IT company Cyber security matters.

· Map network.

Qualifications - Associates degree in Computer Science, Microsoft or Network certifications, or

related work experience. Must have a thorough understanding of basic networking principles

(TCP/IP, wiring, etc). Must have good written and oral communication skills. Can perform

essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable

accommodation and without posing threat of harm to self or others. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Prolonged sitting and repetitive motion due to extended computer use.
