Operations Assistant
Harry Jho LLC is a boutique law firm specializing in securities finance contracts, with offices in New York City and Orlando, FL. We’re a tight-knit team of 25 professionals passionate about delivering top-notch legal services to our clients. To keep our firm running smoothly, we’re looking for a bright, reliable Operations Assistant to join our operations team in either New York City or Orlando. This position wears many hats including reception, office administration, personal assistance and general clerical support. At Harry Jho LLC, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple professional areas, and have the opportunity to grow your skills in accounting, project management and data analysis and IT.

What You’ll Do:
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, calendars and travel arrangements for our leadership team.
- Greet guests, answer phones and keep the office organized and running smoothly.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff, and order office supplies and snacks.
Operations & Finance:
- Organize and track billing data, prepare invoices and generate financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including outgoing payments.
- Review payroll, employee timecards and paid time off.
IT & Special Projects:
- Set up workstations and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Assist with office moves, storage organization and relocation logistics.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (and a desire to improve).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent professional written communication.
- A current driver’s license with a clean record (for Orlando applicants, only).
