Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a CX Analytics Intern to focus on supporting data-driven initiatives that enhance customer experience. By assisting with data gathering and analysis, the intern will help identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience. This will contribute to the team’s goals and the long-term strategic vision for the CX Analytics team.
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate Junior (entering junior year) or Senior (must have one semester/quarter remaining).
- Majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Base knowledge of data analysis tools such as SAS or SQL.
- Preferred familiarity of Python or R as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- This position is not open to sponsorship.
- Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week).
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer attributes data from various sources across the organization.
- Help prepare and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with the CX Analytics team on Ad hoc projects aimed at improving customer experience.
- Support the development and validation of CX reports and models.
Program Dates:
June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025
Program Goals and Objectives:
- Data Gathering and Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Analysis: Conduct analyses or modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within the data that can inform customer experience strategies. Estimated time: 3 weeks.
- Validation and Reporting: Communicate with CX teams to review and refine analysis to ensure insights extracted from analysis make sense.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, effectively communicating analysis results and recommendations to senior management.
- Special Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing a specific component of the customer experience, applying analytical techniques and creative problem-solving.
