Credit One Bank Summer Internship Program: Master’s Edition

Intern Title: IT Automation Engineer Intern

Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for an Automation Engineer Intern who will learn how to create automated tests using Robot Framework, Source Code Management, Test Execution, Defect Life Cycle, and apply the same in a real-time environment to ensure Quality goals are met.

Position Requirements:

  • An earned bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Must be enrolled in a master’s degree program in one of the fields listed above, with at least one semester/quarter left before graduation. 
  • Have experience using Python and Source Code Management tools (GitHub or similar).  
  • Position not open to sponsorship. 
  • Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week).

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Automate test scenarios/test cases using Robot Framework.
  • Follow coding standards/guidelines and test the scripts in applicable test environments.
  • Execute the automated scripts based on the release cycle.
  • Analyze any failures and create defects.
  • Monitor any script related defects and fix the code as needed.
  • Integrate tests with DevOps Pipelines as applicable.

Program Goals and Objectives:

Through the internship, the intern will learn basics of Quality Engineering, Agile and the software development life cycle (SDLC). The intern will learn test automation concepts and frameworks and understand the benefits of test automation. The intern will also learn how to automate tests/tasks using Robot Framework, how to execute scripts and identify application defects. Finally, the intern will learn Defect Life Cycle and concepts of Software releases in an Agile environment.
