Test Automation Developer Intern

What to Expect

As a Test Automation Developer Intern, you’ll learn the concept of Test Automation Development (TAD) and apply coding and quality assurance skills to create and maintain test automation scripts using various tools and technologies.
 

Pay: $18-$23

Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week (Depending on your school schedule. We’re flexible!)

Duration: 8-12 weeks

Location: Onboarding, training, and some projects will be located at our 8220 N 23rd Ave. office in Phoenix, Arizona. 
 

Throughout this Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona internship, you will:
 

  • Learn the BCBSAZ business model, organization, and impact on the community.
  • Expand and develop knowledge through exposure to the roles within the test automation team.
  • Participate on work teams, contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
  • Research, analyze, track, and resolve basic IT problems.
  • Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.
  • Learn area’s direct flow and how it affects surrounding systems and operational areas.
  • Assist in maintaining records and process documentation.

Qualifications
 

  • High-School diploma or GED
  • Two years attendance at an accredited school pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in computer technology or related technical field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Intermediate PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office skills
