Drive operational excellence at one of NYC's most promising InsurTech ventures. As our Operations Manager, you'll build and manage the foundation that enables Harbor.ai's continued growth and success.
The Role We're seeking an experienced operations professional to develop and implement the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our business. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both architect solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
What You'll Do
- Operate in an administrative capacity within the technical and operations verticals
- Implement scalable operational processes across the organization
- Manage our NYC office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain documentation for key business processes
- Own budget planning and management for operational expenses
- Support executive team with high-level business operations and reporting
- Lead team events and internal programs that enhance company culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in high-growth environments
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to execute multiple initiatives
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers
- Excellence in process design and implementation
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making
- Bachelor's degree required

- Background in InsurTech, FinTech, or related industries
- Track record of implementing successful operational improvements
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
