IT/End User Intern - Summer 2025

IT is the machine behind the company achieving their goals, as we ensure all the technology is functional, allowing for the company’s technology creation and growth. The End User Services team ensures that all IT assets remain functional so that other departments and the business remains operational.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in supporting business operations through assigned duties under Diasorin staff supervision.
- Shadow and network with employees on cross-functional teams to gain an understanding of overall company concept including the Diasorin brand, customers, product lines/goals and all other aspects of service.
- Provides ideas to grow and improve the business. Participates in department meetings and connect points.
- Participates in designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions and present a final Capstone project at the end of the internship.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- IT Intern will provide support services to end users, computer refresh project, testing and validation for the active directory and domain and any other IT related projects that may arise.
- End User Support via incidents in the FreshService Portal, providing Break/Fix support to PC’s, Laptops, Tablets and other mobility devices
- Assist with the computer refresh project, imaging, configuring and replacing aged compute devices in the environment
- Project related activities and ‘smart hands’ assistance for other IT teams and departments, as well as our own organization
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in progress required. Currently enrolled in a University or College Program that is accredited. Preferred Area of Study: Information Technology related major.
- Capable of working and communicating within a multi-site environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service and support experience is a plus
- Excellent Knowledge of
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Attention to Detail without losing site of the big picture
- Being A Team Player
- Operating with Professionalism

The hourly posting for this position is $20.00 Hourly.
