Project Description:

Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to public sector service delivery for one or multiple State agencies. Develop and implement solutions that improve service efficiency through business process reengineering and information technology.

Requirements:

• Minimum ​3 years of experience as a Business Analyst​.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to facilitate sessions, document requirements, and explore solutions.
• Experience working with all levels of stakeholders, from clerical staff to executive management.
• Hands-on experience in Data Modeling and Process Modeling (as required for specific assignments).
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Understanding of current IT environments, including multi-tier computing, internet/intranet service delivery, electronic data interchange, imaging, data warehousing, and GIS.
• Ability to integrate solutions across multiple functional and technical environments.
