DivInc | (Program Management & Engagement Intern)

Job Summary:

The primary focus of the Programs is to support the work of the VP of Programs and Program Directors, and all other related team members or stakeholders to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of our programs for startup founders. 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the programs team and all leadership to understand the goals, processes, and key outcomes of each program.
  • Assist in survey administration and report pulling to gather data on program effectiveness and impact.
  • Support the stewardship of sponsor/partner engagement by identifying shared values and ways to involve sponsors throughout our programs, ensuring greater impact and returns.
  • Assist in identifying and connecting with diverse funding sources for startup founders, including grants, funding opportunities, and alternative sources.
  • Proactively engage in learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to startup ecosystems, social impact, and program management.

  • You have proven organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • You have proven experience in data analytics, using at least Excel or Google Sheets, but other industry tools and skills are nice to have.
  • You likely have some graphic design experience or love using tools like Canva
  • You care deeply about the importance of spelling, grammar, voice, kindness, and all other details in content and relationships
  • You are self-motivated to produce the highest quality work possible
  • You’re driven by making an impact and supporting the community
