
Internship - Consumer Insights and Analytics
The Insights & Analytics Intern is an up & coming tech wizard that enjoys working behind the scenes; focused on data requirements & integrity, extrapolations & insertions, integration, advanced Excel functions, formulas and algorithms. This role will support improving efficiencies across data collection, measurement, reporting and analytics. He or she must be a critical thinker.
Essential Job Functions:
- Efficient in properly validating digital marketing data (QA).
- Research digital marketing related industry benchmarks for KPIs and predictive data analytics.
- Support data scientist, marketing analysts & analytics managers on related data extrapolation and visualization projects via Microsoft Fabric workspace.
- Support the creation and consolidation of standardization / documentation of processes and data dictionaries.
- Social listening.
- Data analysis to measure and interpret results against benchmarks, historical results and industry standards.
Skills and Attributes:
- Must be proactive and focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think creatively & critically to clearly present ideas and communicate with team lead.
- Strong verbal & written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, and Outlook, MS Azure, PowerBI.
Position Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Math, Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering.
- Experience with editing and writing coding & query languages (SQL, M-Code, DAX, Python, Boolean, etc.) a plus.
- Experience with statistics modeling related to consumer marketing methodologies and systems a plus Intermediate user of Excel (pivot tables, advanced macros, data aggregation, etc).
Base Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
