Position Overview

Symliv LLC is seeking a Software Sales Account Executive to support our expanding sales efforts. This position offers hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on pitching our cutting-edge visitor, vendor and parking management software to diverse clients. You’ll work alongside our expert sales team, gaining skills in lead generation, client communication, and deal execution while contributing to Symliv’s mission of transforming visitor management software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients (e.g., property managers, HOAs, using online tools and industry networks.

Customer Outreach: Assist in crafting emails, making introductory calls, and scheduling demos to showcase Symliv’s software capabilities.

Sales Support: Help prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and live demos highlighting features like mobile enforcement and real-time reporting.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

Market Research: Analyze  industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine our sales approach.

Team Collaboration: Join sales strategy sessions and training to develop your skills and share fresh insights.

Client Follow-Up: Support relationship-building efforts with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable learning tech tools (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

Interest in sales
