Are you a college student seeking an exciting and fulfilling career path that combines academic achievement with real-world experience? Look no further than the Navy's Bachelor's Degree Completion Plan. We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Naval Officer Candidates, where you'll have the opportunity to complete your bachelor's degree while receiving pay & benefits as an Active Duty E-4.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue with your current degree path and maintain your GPA
  • Monthly training sessions to prepare you for Officer Candidate School.
  • Yearly Physical Readiness Test
    • 1.5 Mile Run
    • Push ups (as many as you can do in 2 minutes
    • Planks (as long as you can hold the proper position)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in a qualifying field for the commissioning program that you are applying for (e.g., STEM, healthcare, engineering, humanities).
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for commissioning as a naval officer, including passing a background check and physical exam.
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to commit to a period of active duty service upon completion of degree requirements.
