Intern
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a team and individually networking hardware and network software
- Get to work with different network technologies, multi-brand devices, and more
- Communicate directly with clients/end-users
- Opportunity to cross-train with others technicians
- Assist with Mobile VPN connectivity deployment and network configuration and troubleshooting
- Understand and practice network hardware and software configuration
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an Associate degree in a Computer Technology-related field or other relevant training and experience
- Coursework or project experience in Networking and Customer Service
- Self-driven, motivated to learn, detail oriented, and focused on quality
- Flexible mindset with ability to switch focus
- Ability to work up to 24 hours per week on-site for the duration of the internship
- Ability to work on a team and independently as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extra Points for the following:
- CompTIA and/or Cisco certifications
- Strong analytical, structured problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback
