Core Duties:
As a Computer Systems Support Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience by:
🛠️ Troubleshooting system issues and support staff across departments
📊 Assisting in analyzing data and creating reports that guide real decisions
📞 Responding to user issues like password resets, basic troubleshooting, and support tickets
💡 Willingness to Learn and grow within a tech-focused public organization
🖥️ Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and systems
Needed to Qualify:
Two (2) years, full-time equivalent experience of highly specialized clerical experience within the last five (5) years. This includes tasks such as installing, configuring, or decommissioning desktop software and hardware (e.g., computers, printers, scanners), or providing help desk support by assisting users with hardware, software, or network-related issues.
