🚀 About The Builder Market
We’re the first AI platform that connects homeowners with home services and construction professionals. With rapidly growing traffic (150,000+ monthly visitors) and exciting partnerships (like Pinterest!), we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us explore, prototype, and launch innovative AI features.

💡 Your Mission (What You’ll Do & Learn):
This is a hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our founder and growth lead to:

  • Explore & Experiment: Dive into the latest AI tech – LLMs, vector DBs, RAG workflows, agents, and voice interfaces. You'll research options, understand trade-offs, and help us identify promising paths.
  • Build & Test Prototypes: Turn ideas into reality by building quick proof-of-concepts (Python/TypeScript/React preferred) for new AI-driven user flows (e.g., intelligent chatbots, smarter search, automated quote suggestions).
  • Contribute to Product Vision: Learn the ropes of product management by assisting with feature definition, user story creation, and gathering user feedback to iterate on your prototypes.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Gain experience translating technical concepts for design discussions and vice-versa, fostering smooth development cycles.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on the AI landscape (GitHub, ArXiv, Twitter) to bring fresh ideas to the table.

✅ This Is For You If You


  • Have hands-on development experience (Python, Node, or similar) and are excited to build AI demos.
  • Are fascinated by product management and eager to learn about user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment design.
  • Think like an innovator—curious, data-informed, and keen to see ideas come to life.
  • Follow AI developments for fun and are passionate about practical applications.
  • Can showcase a personal project, hackathon entry, or open-source contribution that highlights your initiative and technical aptitude.
