HR and Recruiting Operations Intern
Are you a process-driven problem solver who loves automation and building systems from scratch?
Hello Sugar is hiring a Hiring Systems Intern to help us build the most efficient esthetician hiring platform in the industry. You’ll take a rough framework and turn it into a fully automated, tested, and documented system using Pinpoint (ATS), Zapier or Make.com, and our internal tools. Your work will directly support the growth of our franchise network.
You don't need to have experience with any of these systems but must be good at problem solving and very independent.
Responsibilities
Build and configure hiring workflows in Pinpoint ATS
Record and embed first interview videos with internal staff
Set up automated scheduling and routing of second interviews with managers
Use Zapier or Make.com to automate interview flow, messaging, and approvals
Document the system with step-by-step guides and Loom walkthroughs
Test the full process for edge cases and fix any gaps
Deliver a completed, rollout-ready hiring system by the end of the internship
Requirements
Experience with Zapier or Make.com
Familiar with ATS platforms (Pinpoint is a plus)
Strong organizational and testing skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Clear communicator; must be able to create Loom videos and written guides
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage systems from end to end
