We are building a real team of web designers and developers — not students looking to experiment, but serious individuals ready to build, launch, and optimize a high-level platform under real deadlines and pressure.

About the Role

You will help design, structure, and refine the core of The Global Conservatory — a global music education platform hosting private lessons, programs, and events.
The platform is already built on Shopify, with layered systems including scheduling, booking, Zoom integrations, and storefront features.

You will join a team expected to execute — not brainstorm endlessly.
This is not about ideas. This is about building.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain web pages using Shopify

Assist with customizations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid

Help structure the layout, navigation, and user experience of the platform

Support backend tasks like setting up automations, apps, and product flow

Test and fix bugs, broken layouts, or feature requests

Communicate daily via Facebook Messenger

Work live with the team Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM ET

You are expected to take ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and deliver real output every single day.

Ideal Candidate

Strong experience in web design or development (portfolio required)

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify (or fast learning ability)

Familiarity with Liquid, Shopify backend tools, or similar platforms

Comfortable designing user flows, landing pages, and interactive elements

Proactive, organized, and fast-moving — you need to figure things out quickly

Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM ET, minimum 3 months

Must use Facebook Messenger daily to stay in sync with the team

This is not a course or a simulation. This is a real dev environment.
