🔹 Job Description

CultureFitt.ai is a fast-growing U.S. Ai Tech startup helping companies evaluate and showcase their workplace culture using AI-driven insights and branding tools.

We’re offering a remote internship opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, growth, and strategic development. This internship is structured to meet the requirements for F-1 OPT reporting, and includes all necessary documentation for DSO approval.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Conduct industry and competitor research in the HR tech and employer branding space

Support email and content marketing campaigns

Assist with user acquisition, lead generation, and growth experiments

Contribute to product and market strategy discussions

Analyze marketing and product performance data

Work directly with the founding team and receive regular mentorship

🎓 What You’ll Gain:

🔹 Qualifications

F-1 international graduate currently on OPT, or starting OPT soon

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, psychology, or similar field

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated in remote environments

Must be eligible to count this internship toward OPT compliance

🔹 Internship Details

Start Date: Rolling (flexible)

Duration: 8–12 weeks

Hours: 20–25 hours/week (compliant with OPT minimum hour requirements)

Location: Remote

Compensation:

  • Unpaid educational internship with full visa-compliance documentation
     
  • Performance-based stipend of up to $3,000 USD available upon meeting key milestones and deliverables
