To provide software application support and training for the S.I.S., all attached applications and their users.

Qualifications:
- Must have S.I.S (PowerSchool) experience with three years of pupil accounting experience preferred.
- Three years of extensive PowerSchool experience required with knowledge of MSDS and CRDC
- High level of accuracy in data entry and program management.
- Administrative skills to interpret county and state polices governing enrollment/withdrawal, attendance, immunizations, and health records.
- Communication skills to communicate with school personnel, students, parents, and outside agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide technical support for S.I.S (student information system) and other systems utilizing the S.I.S. (Level Data, Easy Bridge, Pearson, Illuminate Ed, Fast Bridge, etc.)
- Organizes and provides training support for student information system users.
- Installs software applications on personal computer stations (clerical, administration, service groups).
- Provides district-wide database information to all staff and the public as approved by the Superintendent.
- Maintains and updates user I.D.s and access for the S.I.S. and other applications/systems attached to the S.I.S.
- Provides district support for required State of Michigan reports. Including but not limited to SRSD, FID, R.E.P., MICR, CRCD, SRM, TSDL, etc.
- Manages the implementation of all database application software for the S.I.S. server and SaaS applications that are part of the Student system.
- Assists with the initial set-up of workstations and management software for clerical, administrative, support service groups (food service, payroll, etc.)
- Sets up workstations for automatic connection to the S.I.S.
- Establishes and maintains application security and print services for the S.I.S. and users.
- Maintains S.I.S. optimum performance to include analyzing problems related to equipment and/or applications and recommending solutions.
- Document all hardware, software, and network configurations for the S.I.S. and its applications
- Provides training for staff on the use of the S.I.S. for unique and specialized attached applications for required state and EOY reporting.
- Establishes systems audit procedures and a schedule for preventative maintenance of the S.I.S. systems and applications
- Maintains and updates the software programs on the S.I.S. to process data, including payroll, personnel records, purchasing, payables, budgets, food service, student records, scheduling, attendance, grading, and State required reports
