What I wish was different
Being remote was not the best experience and made it harder to collaborate with others as well as meet with customers- not any fault of American AgCredit.
Advice
Take every chance you have to try new things, even if they are beyond your assigned duties and get to know people from other departments so you can learn about multiple fields while with the company.

What I liked
I liked the fact that I was able to take control over my own project. I did not feel alone as everyone in my team was always more than willing to help. I also enjoyed many of the team building efforts while we worked remote.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more in-person activities but completely understandable with covid restrictions.

Make the most out of every opportunity given.
