What I liked
Culture was great! Everyone was really willing to help on projects when needed and they took the time to understand your career goals and what projects they could assign to help you reach those goals. The industry was new to me, and my colleagues did a great job teaching me about the different business units and services/products sold.
Additionally, I was given a lot of autonomy over my own projects and could tell that the projects I was doing had a large impact on the business. For example, my division released a new product in August, and I had full ownership over helping create and organizing the marketing materials (social media posts, email blasts, etc) that were disseminated to our clients.
They also started a weekly intern series event for ten weeks where they provided career development workshops to all interns and opportunities for bonding - such a great way to enhance the virtual experience.
