I enjoyed getting to work on projects that had a real impact on the company. In addition, I was given the opportunity to learn and apply new skills. The company also had a great mentorship program and allowed me to network across departments.

I wish I had more clear deadlines for my projects.

Take advantage of the many networking opportunities and reach out to anyone whose role you have any interest in!

What I liked
My most memorable experiences during my internship were helping enroll new hires into our benefits program and researching consumer authorization laws for each state we're located in to help write a form for motor vehicle reports. It was awesome learning about and being a part of processes that impact so many people! I really appreciated how welcoming and friendly all my coworkers were. Westfield is full of opportunities and learning experiences.

Westfield is abundant with very talented and experienced people. I would recommend learning as much as you can and networking with as many people as possible.
